after the blood supply is connected the donor kidney appears swollen and black.
4. A 20 year
old Medical Student with a history of lactose intolerance, is given a
blood transfusion after a Road Traffic Accident. Soon afterwards she has Urticaria and suffers light-headedness

is given a blood transfusion. She soon becomes septic. She is known to have a
complement deficiency.
